Project location: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada

BUILD IT was incredibly proud to lead the renovation of the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, a landmark project that harmonized modern luxury with the timeless, rustic charm of the Canadian Rockies. Set against the stunning backdrop of Lac Beauvert within a UNESCO World Heritage site, this historic 104-year-old property has served as a premier mountain retreat for global travelers and royalty for over a century. Executing a modernization of this magnitude required precise construction management, technical expertise, and a deep respect for the hotel’s storied heritage. Working closely with the project’s talented architectural and interior design partners, BUILD IT provided the general contracting required to bring the updated vision of the property to life.

The comprehensive hotel renovation touched nearly every aspect of the sprawling resort. Our construction team focused on the complete refurbishment of the iconic Main Lodge, meticulously building out the reimagined reception area, lounge, and Great Hall to improve guest flow while preserving the nostalgic atmosphere. Simultaneously, we managed the structural and functional revitalization of the outdoor patios for true all-season use.

With a focus on exceptional craftsmanship, efficiency, and minimal operational disruption, our team worked seamlessly with all stakeholders to execute this ambitious build. The result is a beautifully refreshed, resilient property that honors the natural majesty of Jasper National Park while delivering the elevated, world-class experience today’s travelers expect.
