BUILD IT Calgary completed the construction of Tality Wellness, a wellness studio built to support recovery, movement, and self-care services. Working alongside the project’s design team, our crew handled construction from permit-ready drawings through final finishing, including material selection and construction sequencing suited to a health-focused facility. The build required coordination across trades to meet the layout, finishes, and mechanical requirements of a wellness space, while keeping the schedule on track for opening. As general contractor on the project, BUILD IT managed site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality control throughout, delivering a space ready for day-one operation.
