BUILD IT Mississauga, was proudly selected as the General Contractor for the complete ground-up construction of the new Chick-fil-A restaurant located in the high-traffic Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

This landmark project was a construction from scratch, requiring the BUILD IT team to manage the entire process, from foundational work to final fit-out. We executed a demanding, fast-track construction schedule while strictly adhering to Chick-fil-A’s internationally renowned design and quality standards. Located within one of Mississauga’s busiest commercial hubs, the site demanded strategic planning and expert logistics management to minimize disruption and ensure smooth site operations.

As the General Contractor, BUILD IT managed the entire build. The scope of work included: Ground-Up Construction, initiating the project with site preparation, deep foundations, and the full structural erection, creating the building from the concrete slab up. We handled the Structural and Exterior elements, delivering the complete building envelope, distinct exterior finishes, and all critical customer service elements, including the multi-lane, high-efficiency drive-thru. We performed the Interior Fit-out, executing the detailed millwork, dynamic dining spaces, and high-performance commercial kitchen installation, ensuring all elements met brand specifications for durability and aesthetics. Finally, through Fast-Track Delivery, we leveraged our expertise in high-volume, quick-service restaurant (QSR) construction to maintain an aggressive schedule, successfully delivering the finished venue on time and ready for immediate operation.
