BUILD IT was the General Contractor selected for the ground-up construction of the new Chick-fil-A restaurant located at the prominent 410 & Steeles intersection in Brampton, Ontario.

This landmark project required the complete transformation of an undeveloped site into a high-capacity Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) facility. As a ground-up construction from scratch, the project encompassed every stage of development, from site preparation and foundations to the final commissioning of the operational restaurant.

Leveraging our extensive experience with national restaurant brands expanding across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), BUILD IT executed a detailed and fast-tracked scope of work: We managed Site Development and Foundations, including all initial civil works, deep excavations, and the pouring of the foundations and slab to establish the building’s structural integrity. We handled the Building Shell, erecting the full structural frame and building envelope, complete with the distinctive exterior finishes and branded elements required by Chick-fil-A. We ensured Drive-Thru Efficiency by delivering the complex multi-lane drive-thru system and infrastructure, a critical component for serving the high volume of traffic at this major Brampton artery. Finally, we executed the Interior Fit-Out, including the specialized commercial kitchen, high-quality millwork for the dining and counter areas, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems necessary for a modern QSR operation.
