As Brar’s expanded into third location, the need for a dedicated build team to maintain the quality and consistency of the brand was key to their expansion. We worked closely with the Brar’s team to deliver the third Canadian location on time and on budget. We stuck closely to our philosophy of delivering the best value service in the industry while maintaining price points and without sacrificing quality.

BUILD IT has provided and implemented a comprehensive turnkey solution to handle all of their construction needs. This solution included creating and supply of all fixtures, millwork, construction, close out documents, handover and maintenance.
